Visit to the works on the construction of tennis courts in “Mladen Stojanović” Park in Banja Luka

The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik today visited the works on the construction of tennis courts in “Mladen Stojanović” Park in Banja Luka.

The President of the Republic stated that everything will be ready for the “Srpska Open” tennis tournament as the biggest sports event in Srpska and BiH after the Olympics.

“I was here ten days ago and now I see that the builders are finishing the works. The field is prepared and there is enough time for all works to be completed”, said the President Dodik.

The President of the Republic says that the interest in the tournament is huge and that Banja Luka and Srpska are getting a significant sports event.

“We are very honored to have been given the opportunity to organise this tournament. Everything we did is a testament to our ability and skill, even though the construction deadlines were short. We have built a great complex that will remain for Banja Luka and the sports community of Srpska”, said the President Dodik and added that there will be 6,000 seats on the central court and that excellent conditions have been created for tennis players, adding that the interest in buying tickets for the tournament is huge.
