Republic of Srpska President Visits Vuk Stefanović Karadžić Elementary School in Banja Luka

The President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, today visited the Vuk Stefanović Karadžić Elementary School in Banja Luka.

The President of the Republic said that this educational institution will enter the new heating season more prepared and with lower costs, given that a new boiler was built, for which 50,000 KM were allocated from the President’s Budget.

The President of Srpska stressed that they understood the needs expressed by the school management towards the institution of the President of the Republic and the Ministry of Education and Culture, which allocated an additional 90,000 KM.

“By engaging funds from two sources, we implemented this project and we are ready to go into the new heating season in which the school will be warm and the costs will be lower,” n president Cvijanović.

The President of the Republic thanked the educators throughout Srpska for their responsible and dedicated work, noting that every beginning of the new school year is a holiday, but also an obligation to be up to the task.

“These are the expectations of pupils and the education system, but also of parents who want their children to go to schools where they have good conditions,” said the President of Srpska.
