Republic of Srpska President Receives Inaugural Visit of EUFOR Commander in BiH

The President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, received today the Commander of the European Union Force (EUFOR) in BiH, Major General Alexander Platzer, for an inaugural meeting.

The interlocutors exchanged views on current matters, the present epidemiological situation, security challenges, and other subjects.

President Cvijanović stressed the importance of continuing the good co-operation between EUFOR and the institutions of the Republic of Srpska and expressed her belief that this co-operation will be further intensified in future.

At the occasion, President Cvijanović welcomed Commander Platzer and wished him a lot of success in his professional engagement.
