Republic of Srpska President Passes Two Decrees at Proposal of Republic of Srpska Government and upon Consultation with Republic of Srpska National Assembly Speaker

At the proposal of the Republic of Srpska Government and upon consultation with and obtaining the opinion of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović passed:
The Decree-Law on the Compensation Fund of the Republic of Srpska, and
The Decree-Law Amending the Decree-Law on Tax Measures Aimed at Mitigating the Economic Impact of the COVID-19 Epidemic Caused by the SARS-COV-2 Virus.
The two Decrees shall enter into effect on the following day upon their publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska.
