Republic of Srpska President Organises Meeting to Discuss Demographic Situation in Republic of Srpska

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović organised today at the Palace of the Republic a meeting to discuss the demographic situation in the Republic of Srpska and measures implemented by the institutions of the Republic to improve population policy in the Republic of Srpska.

Apart from President Cvijanović, the Prime Minister Radovan Višković, ministers in the Government of Srpska Sonja Davidović, Natalija Trivić, Srđan Rajčević and Boris Pašalić, as well as demographer and member of the Republic of Srpska Demographic Policy Council Draško Marinković also attended the meeting.

We reiterate that the President of the Republic launched the Programme of Demographic Restoration of Srpska last year, within which a study was prepared containing an analysis of the situation and a proposal of concrete measures aimed at improving the demographic situation in the Republic of Srpska.
