The President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, the Mayor of Banja Luka, Igor Radojičić, and the Director of the Banja Luka “Waterworks”, Zoran Popović, officially put into operation today a new water supply pipeline in the settlement of Radosavska. The water supply system is more than nine kilometres long.
President Cvijanović said that such and similar projects in local communities will always have the support of the Republic’s institutions.
The President of the Republic expressed her gratitude to the Mayor of Banja Luka and his team, for their consistent years-long dedication to the implementation of new projects, including this one, that will ensure stable water supply and create better living conditions for citizens living in the area.
The President expressed her satisfaction that, as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Srpska in her previous term in office, she was at the service of all efforts of local authorities.
The President of Srpska also said she is satisfied with the fact that the Mayor of Banja Luka, in accordance with his earlier promises, managed to bring this project to its implementation despite all the challenges brought upon by the coronavirus pandemic.
“We shall continue working on resolving also other infrastructure and communal projects,” concluded President Cvijanović.
