Republic of Srpska President Extends Congratulations on Occasion of Candlemas – National Day of Serbia

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović extended congratulations to the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, the state leadership and all citizens of Serbia on occasion of Sretenje – the Statehood Day of Serbia.

With pleasure I extend to you, to the state leadership and to all citizens of Serbia our warmest congratulations on occasion of Sretenje – the Statehood Day of Serbia on my personal behalf and on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska, with the sincere wish that Serbia continue her development, prosperity and the strengthening of her regional and international position.

We are proud of Serbia for remembering her glorious past, boldly stepping into the future and building a modern society based on the democratic achievements of the modern world, as well as the deep freedom-loving traditions of the Serb people.

I am convinced that an economically developed and politically stable Serbia will remain the strongest support of the Republic of Srpska, and that we will continue to develop our institutional ties and fraternal relations for the benefit of all our citizens.
