The President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, sent a telegram of condolences to the family of the late Senator of the Republic of Srpska, Primarius Dr. Milutin Vučkovac.
“I am truly distressed by the sad news of the death of the Senator of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Milutin Vučkovac.
“He will be remembered as a respected senator and prominent doctor, a great man and patriot, who, as a former detainee, testified about the atrocities committed in the concentration camps of the Independent State of Croatia.
“The sad news of Dr. Vuckovac’s death pains not only you, members of his family, but also all his friends and acquaintances, as well as members of the Association of Detainees of the Second World War in the city of Banja Luka.
“On behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska and on my own behalf, I extend to you my deepest condolences,” reads the telegram of the President of the Republic of Srpska.
