Republic of Srpska President Congratulates Gradiška Mayor on Occasion of 24 April – Day of the City

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović sent a congratulatory letter to the Mayor Zoran Adžić, all employees in the City Administration and to the citizens of Gradiška on occasion of 24 April – the Day of the City.

“To you Mr Mayor, to the Speaker of the City Assembly, to the councillors and all citizens of Gradiška, I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations on occasion of 24 April –Day of the City, with the wish that, in the forthcoming period, you respond with success to all challenges faced by local communities in their everyday work.

“The citizens of Gradiška, together with the institutions of the Republic of Srpska, have worked hard to develop this local community thus creating the necessary conditions for Gradiška to celebrate, for the first time today, the Day of the City.

“The status of a city, that you so deservingly received, now represents an obligation for all of us to continue developing Gradiška even more intensely, so it becomes a modern and well-organised Central European city.

“I firmly believe that, also in the future, you will dedicate all available resources and activities toward creating the bases for better and more quality living conditions for the citizens.

“With the above in mind, I want to express to you my full support and wish you a lot of success in your further work,” stated President Cvijanović in her congratulatory letter.
