Republic of Srpska President Congratulates Easter

The President of the Republika Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of Easter to the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljić, the Bishop of Banja Luka, Franjo Komarica, the clergy, monks and all believers who celebrate this great holiday according to the Gregorian calendar in the Republic of Srpska and BiH.

“On the occasion of the greatest Christian holiday of Easter, I send you and all the faithful who celebrate according to the Gregorian calendar in the Republic of Srpska and BiH our sincere wishes with the desire that you celebrate the holidays with your loved ones, in good health, filled with peace and joy.

“May the spirit of the Easter holidays, in this difficult and challenging time full of temptations, be an inspiration and an opportunity to return to the true values of life.

“Only strengthened by faith and hope for a better tomorrow can we persevere, so let us demonstrate responsibility for each other, solidarity and mutual respect.

“On that note, I wish you a happy and blessed Easter,” stated President Cvijanović in her congratulatory message.
