Republic of Srpska President, at Proposal of Republic of Srpska Government and upon Opinion of Republic of Srpska National Assembly Speaker, passes Decree-Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Insurance and Decree-Law on Amendments to the Law on Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Srpska

At the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, and upon obtaining the opinion of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, the President of the Republic of Srpska, Željka Cvijanović, passed:

The Decree-Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Insurance, and

The Decree-Law on Amendments to the Law on the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Srpska.

The Decree-Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Insurance shall enter into effect on the following day upon its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska, while the Decree-Law on Amendments to the Law on the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Srpska shall enter into effect on the eighth day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska.
