Press release of the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik:
“At yesterday’s meeting of the Council of the coalition that exercises power in the Republic of Srpska, it was decided to prepare information and approach to decision-making in the National Assembly and the Government of the Republic of Srpska on the termination of contacts with American and British diplomats and embassies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. A team is already being formed that will compile comprehensive information on the anti-Dayton activities of American and British diplomats and embassies, as well as their interference in the internal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Dayton Agreement was not signed by the USA or Great Britain, they are not the ones who could interpret the Dayton Agreement because that is a matter for the signatories of the agreement and its annexes.
Republic of Srpska is a signatory to the Annex, especially Annex 4, which is the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Annex 10 on the High Representative. American and British diplomats and embassies systematically destroy the Constitution of BiH and other annexes, especially Annex 10 on the High Representative, permanently, and especially in the last case when they support an anonymous private person for the High Representative without a mandatory decision of the UN Security Council.
In addition, the US ambassador openly supports the call to arms of Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina, showing solidarity with the statement of Reisu-l-Ulema Kavazović about the arms of Muslims in Bosnia and Herzegovina. For the Serbs, this is unacceptable and it prevents any communication with unguided structures, since such behavior is a direct blow to a possible reconciliation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Therefore, we are forced to suspend all contacts with the above-mentioned representatives of the embassies. Contacts will be suspended by representatives of the authorities in the Republic of Srpska and representatives of Serbs at the BiH level, from the Presidency of BiH, the Council of Ministers, the Parliamentary Assembly and all others appointed by the Serbs employed in joint institutions.
The Government of the Republic of Srpska will make such a decision during the next week, and the National Assembly at its first regular session, if it is not decided to arrange an extraordinary session of the Assembly over this issue.
American and British sides forced us to do this, because obviously, in addition to all previous violations of the Dayton Agreement, especially Annex 4 and Annex 10, they are preparing another fraud and robbery related to the property, which undoubtedly and unquestionably belongs to the Republic of Srpska.
Any measures taken by the aforementioned enemies of the Serbian interests concerning the property of the Republic of Srpska will lead to decisions that will protect its sovereignty and additionally build its state capacity”, said the President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik.
