The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in her office with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to BiH Roem Kono.
During the inaugural visit, the interlocutors exchanged views on the current political and economic situation in the Republic of Srpska and BiH, as well as the possibilities of establishing various types of cooperation.
The President Cvijanović informed Ambassador Kono about the economic potentials of the Republic of Srpska, numerous benefits for investors, and as an advantage, among other things, she mentioned the favourable geographical position and low business costs.
It was assessed that there are numerous unused capacities of cooperation, among which the area of tourism, agriculture, energy, as well as the wood processing sector was highlighted.
The President of the Republic wished a welcome to the Republic of Srpska and a successful mandate to the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia.
