The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović visited the Vaccination Centre in Zvornik today and on that occasion expressed satisfaction that all citizens in the Republic of Srpska were enabled to select and thus receive the vaccine against the Coronavirus.
The President Cvijanović emphasized that she understands the care of health workers, who are not satisfied with the response of citizens to receive the vaccine, and joined their appeal, emphasizing that the vaccine against the coronavirus is the only method of protection against milder and more severe forms of the disease.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that vaccination against the coronavirus and adherence to all measures prescribed by the Institute for Public Health of the Republic of Srpska are the only way to protect the education system, economy, health system, families and the entire environment.
“Also, I do understand those who have resistance to vaccination, but I instruct them to be better informed and to have more information about the difficulties that this disease brings”, said the President of the Republic of Srpska.
The President of the Republic of Srpska pointed out that no one can be forced to receive the vaccine, expressing the belief that the citizens will gradually understand the importance of vaccination.
“Vaccines have been provided throughout the Republic of Srpska, and now that there are enough of them, we should use them and protect ourselves, the health of our families and all citizens”, said the President Cvijanović.
The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović thanked the Government of the Republic of Srpska and all republic institutions for the huge financial resources invested in preserving the economy and jobs, as well as for organising and providing appropriate premises for vaccination.
