Today, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović visited the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Republic of Srpska and ceremoniously opened a new reconstructed space in which the first public art library in Srpska will be located.

The President of the Republic pointed out that the Republic of Srpska and Banja Luka deserve to have such an institution for the benefit of citizens and artists.

“When I was the head of the Government of the Republic of Srpska, we set aside significant funds for cultural institutions, and some of them were allocated here for the Museum. From an unusable space, we now have a multi-purpose space, which means that you can have an exhibition and educational-research space, a library, a resource centre from the aspect of literature and books”, said the President of Srpska.
