President of the Republic of Srpska visits the Municipality of Ribnik

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović visited the Municipality of Ribnik today and met with the leadership of the municipality.

The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that the meeting with the Council of Ministers Chairman Zoran Tegeltija and the leadership of the Municipality was an opportunity to discuss the budget, since there are no problems in fulfilling obligations.

The President Cvijanović stated that progress is visible in the Municipality of Ribnik, pointing out that the local community is politically and financially stable.

The President of Srpska pointed out that it is necessary for the Government of Srpska to be involved in the implementation of large projects in this municipality, as has been done for several years, and added that there are ambitious plans for the next period with the desire to keep people living in this area and to build and upgrade and additional things.

The President of the Republic said that, with the aim of increasing the number of jobs, they were informed at the meeting about the possibility of the arrival of a foreign company.

After visiting the kindergarten “Srbija” and the youth centre, the President Cvijanović emphasized that funds have been allocated for the Municipality of Ribnik from the Office of the President of the Republic, not only for the kindergarten “Srbija”, which has already fulfilled its mission and function, but has already been helped and the reconstruction of the youth centre that will serve as a multipurpose functional facility for the needs of the residents of the municipality.

“By engaging funds from various sources, we have managed to build the local road infrastructure, and in cooperation with the local authorities we will develop some other projects”, it was stated by the President of the Republic, at the same time thanking the Mayor Nebojša Karać and his team for good cooperation and recognition of the needs of this community.
