President of the Republic of Srpska visits the kindergarten “Our Children”

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović visited the kindergarten “Our Children” in Banja Luka today, where energy rehabilitation is being carried out.

The President of the Republic of Srpska said that the republican institutions are determined to improve the energy conditions in educational institutions, primarily preschool institutions, and then other conditions that are necessary for their uninterrupted work.

The President Cvijanović pointed out that an energy efficiency project has been implemented throughout Srpska for years, and when it comes to the preschool institutions, it is also included in the population policy initiative.

“Certainly, one of the focuses is preschool education and upbringing, but also the overall educational sphere as one of the segments. Other segments are related to a better life, job creation, adequate infrastructure, better communal services and other things that we are committed to”, said the President of the Republic.

The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that everything that is being done in Banja Luka today, and it refers to expanding the capacity in kindergartens or reconstruction of existing facilities, the institutions of Srpska are working in accordance with the programme prepared by Mayor Igor Radojičić and his team.

“Of course, the Government of Srpska and the republic institutions are there to support the implementation of the projects”, said the President Cvijanović.

The President of the Republic emphasized that in the coming period, when energy efficiency is completed, other issues will be solved in all these facilities, either sanitary or something else that will be the request of these institutions.

In December last year, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović initiated the inclusion of Banja Luka kindergartens “Our Children” and “Neven” in the energy efficiency project, bearing in mind the importance of preschool education for the development and upbringing of children and providing adequate conditions for preschool institutions.
