The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović, the Prime Ministers of Srpska and Serbia Radovan Višković and Ana Brnabić, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Milorad Dodik and the Deputy Mayor of Banja Luka Srđan Amidžić officially opened a three-purpose facility in Banja Luka settlement of Petrićevac.
The President of the Republic of Srpska said that the Republic of Srpska was developed, that the republican authorities were working on its further development, and that Banja Luka, as a mirror of Srpska, was a large construction site.
The President Cvijanović said that the institutions of Srpska want to implement what they set as a plan.
“We have many years of hard work behind us, not only in terms of creating a better environment for life, but also resisting various political pressures. The time has come, a couple of years ago, when we can completely rely on Serbia and we record everything we do as a common result and success”, said the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic of Srpska pointed out that she was proud of what Srpska is today, because Srpska is the most important as a place where its citizens live and work, and which the representatives of the Republic of Srpska want to make a good place for future generations.
The President of Srpska thanked Serbia for its help in the implementation of large projects in recent years, but also those projects that are important for local communities.
“Sometimes they are more important because they bear the name “Serbia” and because they come from Serbia, and are less important for its financial amount. We respect and appreciate that and we are grateful for that”, said the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic of Srpska also thanked the Mayor of Banja Luka Igor Radojičić and his team for knowing how to define important projects for the city, which they delegated to the institutions of Srpska, and then those projects were recognised as important by Serbian officials.
“We are developing Banja Luka from one local community to another local community. It is done with dedication and it is good to know that the local government is doing it together with the republic authorities, and this one again, together with Serbia. These facilities are a big thing here, it is important that we have an outpatient clinic, especially a kindergarten, but also a local community, that we have a place that is the core of many activities”, said the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic of Srpska added that every municipality and city in Srpska is equally important to the republican government, because they want the entire Republic to step forward proudly.
“Serbia will always stand by the Republic of Srpska and that is what gives us strength, but it is also an obligation to develop and achieve good results. We love when Serbia was first in sports or the economy. Serbia is the most serious country in our region, a serious country, and of course we want to keep up with all the achievements in Serbia”, it was highlighted by the President of Srpska.
The President of the Republic of Srpska emphasized that sometimes it is more important to have people who know how to turn ties into a common good than only have those institutional ties here, and it means a common good for both Srpska and Serbia.
The President of the Republic said that what was promised it was carried out, and once again pointed out that Srpska is proud since this is the first visit of the Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabić after her re-election to this position.
“Coming here for the eleventh time, and being the Prime Minister, is not a small thing. Therefore, we are the destination that is the most favorite, dearest and priority and we must be proud of it. I am also grateful for the friendship and responsibility shown by the President Vučić”, said the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic of Srpska reiterated that the great thing is the friendship which the officials of Srpska and Serbia have, and that it is a mutual wealth of the two republics. The President also announced many more joint projects in the future.
“Long live Serbia, long live the Republic of Srpska”, said the President Cvijanović.
