President of the Republic of Srpska sends congratulations to the News Agency of the Republic of Srpska

On the occasion of 30^th anniversary and Patron Saint Annunciation (Blagovijesti), the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović sent congratulations to the management, the entire editorial office and all employees of the News Agency of the Republic of Srpska – SRNA.

“On the occasion of the 30^th anniversary of the News Agency of the Republic of Srpska and the Patron Saint, on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations to you, the entire editorial office and all employees.

One of the oldest and most important media institutions of the Republic of Srpska, this year marks a very important and significant jubilee.

The first media house in the Republic of Srpska, founded on April 7, 1992, with the aim of breaking media blockades, fighting for the truth and broadcasting verified and confirmed information, has justified its role.

Today, three decades later, as a credible interpreter and chronicler of the spirit of the times, the Agency is an unavoidable service of the information system of the Republic of Srpska, recognisable and respectable.

I can proudly point out that the national service of the Republic enjoys trust, which is confirmed by the large amount of information from all fields of life, audio and video reports and photographs, which are taken over by all media in the Republic of Srpska, BiH, region and world..

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all those who have built their knowledge into the development of the Republic of Srpska News Agency over the past 30 years and contributed to the promotion and prosperity of the Republic of Srpska.

I am convinced that, in the interest of the public and the Republic of Srpska, aware of your social responsibility and the importance of the work you do, you will continue the mission of preserving the dignity of the profession and persevere on the path of objective and professional reporting.
