President of the Republic of Srpska sends congratulations on the occasion of May 12 – the Day of the Army of the Republic of Srpska

On the occasion of May 12 – the Day of the Army of the Republic of Srpska, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović sent congratulations to all members of the Army of the Republic of Srpska and the Third Infantry / Republic of Srpska / Regiment of the Armed Forces of BiH.

“On behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska and on my own behalf, I extend congratulations to all members of the Army of the Republic of Srpska and the Third Infantry / Republic of Srpska / Regiment of the Armed Forces of BiH on May 12 – the Day of the Army of the Republic of Srpska.

The decision to establish the Army of the Republic of Srpska on May 12, 1992 was historical and was a precondition for defense and protection of the Serb people on its centuries-old hearths.

The Army of the Republic of Srpska, led by sacrifice, patriotism and selfless courage, was the main force in the past Defensive-Patriotic War and the guarantor of the survival of the people and its equality.
