President of the Republic of Srpska sends a congratulatory message to His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije on the occasion of his enthronement to the ancient throne of Serbian patriarchs in the Patriarchate of Peć

Today, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović congratulated His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Porfirije on his enthronement on the ancient throne of the Serbian patriarchs in the Patriarchate of Peć.

“Your Holiness, on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations to you and all the bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church and joy on the occasion of the enthronement of the Serbian patriarchs in the Peć Patriarchate in Kosovo and Metohija.

I am deeply convinced that, in times full of temptations, with your wisdom and gentleness, you will continue to lead the believing people along the path of peace, tolerance and togetherness”, reads the congratulation message of the President Cvijanović.
