President of the Republic of Srpska posthumously awards 199 veterans with the Medal of Merit for the People

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović posthumously awarded 199 veterans with the Medal of Merit for the People on the occasion of the Day of the Dead and Missing in the Defense and Patriotic War.

The decorations were awarded for merits gained in the fight against the enemy, as well as the contribution to the creation, defense and liberation of the Republic of Srpska.

The President of Srpska passed the Decree on the awarding of decorations at the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, War Veterans and Disabled Persons’ Protection of the Republic of Srpska.
