President of the Republic of Srpska organised a reception for the delegation of the Tambov State University “G.R. Derzhavin” from the Russian Federation

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović organised a reception today in the Palace of the Republic for the delegation of the Tambov State University “G.R. Derzhavin” from the Russian Federation.

The visit of the delegation of Tambov State University “G.R. Derzhavin” to the Republic of Srpska is the result of cooperation with the University of Banja Luka, i.e. the Faculty of Security Sciences of the University of Banja Luka.

Educational, scientific and cultural cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and the Russian Federation, as well as the overall relations between Srpska and Russia were discussed at the reception attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Security Sciences Predrag Ćeranić.

Welcoming the guests from the Tambov State University, the President Cvijanović expressed full support for the cooperation between the two universities, and on this occasion reminded of the strong brotherly ties between the two nations, which are constantly improving in different fields.

The President of the Republic emphasized that the traditionally good relations between the Republic of Srpska and the Russian Federation are a real example of partnership and a solid basis for strengthening all types of cooperation, and pointed out that connecting universities is of special importance.

Representatives of the Tambov University thanked the President Cvijanović for the warm welcome and constructive conversation, expressing confidence that the two universities will achieve good and fruitful cooperation in the coming period.
