President of the Republic of Srpska opens the Festival of Domestic Products

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović inaugurated the Festival of Domestic Products in Banja Luka this evening, which was organised by the Association of Young Economists.

The President of the Republic said that nowadays it is important, more than ever, to encourage domestic production and develop awareness of the need to buy domestic products.

The President Cvijanović said that homemade food is the best and healthiest and that the Festival of Domestic Products in Banja Luka contributes to such a great campaign.

“I am sure that we will continue to work together in the future – institutions and associations that promote domestic production, especially food production, which is the most important task”, said the President Cvijanović.

The President of the Republic emphasized that this is especially important in such difficult and turbulent times, and that the Association of Young Economists is an organisation that has been cooperating with the institutions of Srpska for all these five years since its foundation.

The President Cvijanović said that the Festival of Domestic Products is a great manifestation that serves to show consumers what domestic products are, adding that the fact that the number of exhibitors at the event is growing year by year shows that producers have recognised the importance of such events.
