President of the Republic of Srpska opens exhibition “Through Hardships to the Stars”
The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović opened today in Banja Luka the exhibition “Through Hardships to the Stars”, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Basketball Club for the Disabled People “Vrbas”.
The President of the Republic of Srpska pointed out that the exhibition in the Museum of Sports shows how much fame and success Basketball Club for the Disabled People “Vrbas” has achieved.
“These are our champions, people who, despite their strong health problems and daily difficulties, managed to be and maintain themselves as champions who spread the glory of the Republic of Srpska in all competitions”, said the President of the Republic.
The President Cvijanović said that the institutions of Srpska will help in the procurement of necessary wheelchairs for the needs of this club.
The President of Srpska said that it was necessary to change the Law on VAT, which would exclude wheelchairs used by people with disabilities.
