President of the Republic of Srpska meets with the State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in Warsaw with the State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland Szymon Szynkowski vel Sęk.

On this occasion, the interlocutors assessed that the institutional cooperation between Poland and the Republic of Srpska is developing in a good direction, and expressed the commitment to further improvement of overall relations.

During the meeting, they discussed the current political situation in BiH and the region, challenges in the process of European integration, as well as enlargement policy and relations within the European Union.

The President Cvijanović informed the State Secretary Szymon Szynkowski about the position and attitudes of the Republic of Srpska regarding the current political situation in BiH, and pointed out that respect for the Dayton Agreement and the constitutional order is a precondition for political and institutional stability in BiH.
