President of the Republic of Srpska meets with the newly appointed Director of the United States Agency for International Development for BiH (USAID)

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in her office with the newly appointed Director of the United States Agency for International Development for BiH (USAID) Nancy Eslick.

The previous cooperation of the Republic of Srpska institutions with the USAID mission, the implemented projects, as well as the following joint activities were discussed at the meeting.

On this occasion, the President Cvijanović stressed that the institutions of the Republic of Srpska are committed to further implementation of economic and social reforms, improving the economic environment and living standards of all citizens.

The President Cvijanović has said that in the previous period, cooperation between the institutions of the Republic of Srpska and USAID has been very productive, particularly when it comes to grants that are tailored to the real needs of the market and economy, resulting in increased number of employed and increased exports.

The interlocutors expressed their belief that through the implementation of various projects, the partnership and the very successful cooperation of the Republic of Srpska institutions and the USAID mission will be continued in the future.
