President of the Republic of Srpska meets with the newly appointed Ambassador of BiH to the Republic of Croatia

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in her office with the newly appointed BiH Ambassador to the Republic of Croatia Aleksandar Vranješ.

The President Cvijanović briefed the Ambassador Vranješ over the current political and economic issues, and emphasized the commitment of the Republic of Srpska institutions in maintaining peace and stability, as a precondition for economic progress.

The President of the Republic expressed her belief that the interests of the Republic of Srpska and BiH in the Republic of Croatia would be represented in the best possible way, and that the strengthening of economic diplomacy would be the focus of the Ambassador Vranješ’s work.

On this occasion, the President Cvijanović emphasized that the Republic of Srpska is open to establishing and improving various types of economic cooperation and to any initiatives that can help to promote the Republic of Srpska and BiH.

The President Cvijanović wished the Ambassador Vranješ much success in the upcoming period.
