The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović attended a working lunch in Budapest, which was organised by the Minister of Justice of Hungary Judit Varga.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that she discussed with the Hungarian Minister of Justice all issues related to the reform of the judiciary, everything that Srpska is undertaking on the European path, i.e. on the path of creating a better environment for the citizens.
The President of the Republic stated that the Hungarian officials with whom she met today in Budapest showed a high degree of understanding of the situation in Serbia and a high level of partnership.
“After three important meetings, I can say that the first day of the official visit to Budapest went extremely well”, said the President Cvijanović.
The President of the Republic assessed that the present Government of Hungary is a strong and powerful government that knows what national priorities are and how to fight in that area, how to seek its place in the EU.
“Institutions of Srpska and its citizens should be proud to have someone who is a sincere partner in our efforts to create a better society, to develop the economy and to fight with all that are the challenges of the modern world”, said the President of Srpska.
The President of the Republic of Srpska stated that it is extremely important for Srpska to have such a partner who is a member of the EU and who builds partnership relations with it.
