The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in Belgrade with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Nikola Selaković.
During the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged views on the current political situation in the region, as well as the current global processes and their implications.
It was stated at the meeting that the relations between Serbia and the Republic of Srpska are developing dynamically and continuously, and that there is a high level of cooperation in all areas, including the implementation of joint strategic projects, such as hydroelectric power plant “Buk – Bijela”, highway Belgrade – Banja Luka and Trebinje airport.
On this occasion, it was pointed out that the preservation of peace and regional stability, as well as stronger economic integration of the Western Balkans are common interests of both Serbia and the Republic of Srpska.
