The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović visited the municipality of Teslić today and met with the Mayor Milan Miličević.
The President of the Republic of Srpska said that on the basis of various Government projects about 70 million BAM was invested in the municipality by 2018 and she also emphasized that the goal was the development of each local community since it strengthens the entire Srpska.
The President Cvijanović told reporters that 1.5 million BAM were allocated last year, which were also used in local road infrastructure projects.
“About 300,000 BAM were used for the reconstruction of schools and a part was used for local water supply. We are conducting several other important projects this year in the field of education, and more than 800,000 BAM were allocated and its implementation will begin soon”, said the President Cvijanović.
The President of the Republic has announced that numerous projects will be implemented in local schools.
“We discussed how to improve the position of this municipality by opening several roundabouts, as well as the road bypasses which are to be built. It is important for the municipality to be more open, and we should provide adequate access to the highway that we have in the Doboj region”, said the President Cvijanović who visited Teslić at the invitation of the Mayor.
The President of Srpska announced the arrival of the Prime Minister Radovan Višković to Teslić in order to continue solving problems in this local community. “The support to Teslić was not lacking and it will be continued in the future. We wish to develop every local community since it strengthens the entire Srpska”, said the President of the Republic, adding that all projects in the municipality will be implemented in the coordination of the authorities of Srpska and the municipality, as well as Serbia.
