President of the Republic of Srpska meets with the Ambassador of Greece to BiH

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in her office with the Ambassador of Greece to BiH Dimitrios Papandreou and discussed the political and economic situation in the Republic of Srpska, as well as about other current topics in BiH and the region.

On this occasion, the interlocutors discussed the current epidemiological situation, exchanging opinions and experiences on the current process of procurement of Coronavirus vaccines, and mass immunisation of the population.

It was stated at the meeting that the relations between Greece and the Republic of Srpska are traditionally close and friendly, and it was pointed out that there is a mutual commitment to further improvement of cooperation in all fields, with special emphasis on the economy and tourism.

On that occasion, the President Cvijanović emphasized the importance of the Republic of Srpska Representation Office in Thessaloniki, which is actively working to promote the potentials of Srpska, as well as to strengthen institutional, economic and cultural ties with Greece.
