The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met with the representatives of the NCR Banja Luka in her office today.
The meeting with the NCR Banja Luka representatives represents a continuation of the talks the President Cvijanović started in June earlier this year at the NCR’s headquarters in Atlanta, with the aim of expanding business in the Republic of Srpska and increasing the number of employees.
On this occasion, the President Cvijanović expressed her commitment to strengthen the cooperation of the institutions of the Republic of Srpska with this American company and evaluated that the “NCR” entry into the local market enabled the opening of new job positions, and also significantly increased the competitiveness of the Republic of Srpska in relation to the environment.
The “NCR” has been operating successfully since 2016 in Banja Luka and it currently employs more than 200 highly educated staff among the younger population.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister for Scientific-Technological Development, Higher Education and Information Society of the Republic of Srpska Srđan Rajčević.
