President of the Republic of Srpska meets with newly appointed Ambassador of Montenegro to BiH

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met in her office today with the newly appointed Ambassador of Montenegro to BiH Obrad Miša Stanišić.

The interlocutors exchanged views on the current political and economic situation in BiH and the region, as well as on the strengthening of cooperation between Srpska and Montenegro in the field of economy, with particular emphasis on tourism and infrastructure.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that there was a common interest for the implementation of significant infrastructure projects that would improve road communication between the Republic of Srpska and Montenegro, which would greatly facilitate the movement of the population in both directions.

On this occasion, the President of the Republic of Srpska welcomed the Ambassador Stanišić and expressed hope that relations between Srpska and Montenegro would be further improved in the coming period.
