The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović is on a three-day visit to Poland, during which she met with Marshal of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Witold Kozlowski.
The economic situation in Srpska and BiH, the establishment of interregional cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, as well as the process of the European integration of the Western Balkan countries were discussed at the meeting.
During the meeting, the President Cvijanović emphasized that the Republic of Srpska is fully committed to the European path, maintaining peace and stability, and enhancing regional and international cooperation, in order to more effectively overcome common challenges.
On this occasion, the interlocutors agreed that the President of the Republic of Srpska should visit the pavilion of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship within the Economic Forum in Krynica, where they would in more detail discuss the cooperation in the field of economy, tourism and innovation.
The Lesser Poland Voivodeship is one of 16 Polish voivodeships with over three million inhabitants.
