President of the Republic of Srpska meets with a group of young participants of the Diaspora Forum

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović met today in her office with a group of young participants of the Diaspora Forum, which is being held in Banja Luka for the second time.

On this occasion, the President Cvijanović stressed that each person is important for the Republic of Srpska, whether such person lives in the Republic of Srpska or abroad, adding that educated young people abroad are a huge resource and the strongest cluster between the Diaspora and the homeland.

During the meeting, the President of the Republic of Srpska expressed satisfaction that this year’s Diaspora Forum brought together more than 200 participants from over 30 countries of the world, and stressed that this is presented by the great interest of our people from abroad, as well as the need for Srpska to connect with its Diaspora institutionally.

At a meeting with young Forum participants, the President Cvijanović emphasized that it is important for young people in Srpska and the Diaspora to exchange knowledge, experiences and different practices, and stressed that the institutions of the Republic of Srpska will support every aspect of cooperation, as well as joint projects that are important for promotion of Srpska and affirmation of young people both in the Diaspora and in the homeland.
