President of the Republic of Srpska extends congratulations to the Veterans’ Organisation of the Republic of Srpska on the occasion of the Patron Saint Day – Mitrovdan

On the occasion of the Patron Saint Day of the Republic of Srpska Veterans Organisation – Mitrovdan, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović extended congratulations to the President of the Republic of Srpska Veterans Organisation Radan Ostojić and all members of this organisation.

“On behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska and on my own behalf, to you, all the fighters of the Army of the Republic of Srpska and the members of the Veterans Organisation, I extend my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the celebration of the Patron Saint of the Veterans Organisation – Mitrovdan.

On this date, with special piety and eternal gratitude, we pay due respect to all patriots who, defending the right to life and freedom of the Serb people, played a decisive role in the defense and preservation of the Republic of Srpska.

Their sacrifice, patriotism, strength and unity expressed in the Defensive-Patriotic War obliges us to work together today to strengthen the position of the Republic of Srpska and its institutions.

In the belief that the institutions of the Republic of Srpska will continue to engage in improving the position of veterans, and the generations to come to nurture the tradition of freedom, peace and tolerance, I warmly greet you”, reads the congratulation note by the President Cvijanović.
