President of the Republic of Srpska extends congratulations to the newly elected President of the Association of Prisoners of the Republic of Srpska

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović congratulated the newly elected President of the Association of Prisoners of the Republic of Srpska Anđelko Nosović.
