President of the Republic of Srpska extends congratulations on the occasion of the Jewish New Year – Rosh Hashanah

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović extended congratulations to all Jews and Jewish communities in the Republic of Srpska and BiH on the occasion of the Jewish New Year – Rosh Hashanah.

“On the occasion of the upcoming Jewish New Year – Rosh Hashanah, I extend my most sincere congratulations to all Jews and Jewish communities in the Republic of Srpska and BiH, with the wish that you begin it with good health, family harmony and happiness.

I hope that this holiday, which in the Jewish tradition is the holiday of the birth of the world, will be an incentive for mutual understanding, tolerance and trust and a reminder of the unbreakable ties between our two peoples”, reads the congratulatory message by the President Cvijanović.
