President of the Republic of Srpska extends a telegram of condolences over the death of Colonel Novica Gušić

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović extended a telegram of condolences to the family of the deceased commander of Nevesinje Brigade of the Republic of Srpska Army, Colonel Novica Gušić, and to the Republic of Srpska Veterans Organisation.

“I am truly saddened by the news over the death of Colonel Novica Gušić, commander of the Nevesinje Brigade of the Republic of Srpska Army.

Colonel Gušić will be remembered as a brave and honorable commander who has made a major contribution to the most difficult moments of the defense of Nevesinje, eastern Herzegovina and the Republic of Srpska.

His departure represents a great loss for his family and friends, but also for the Serb people in general.

On behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you”, reads the telegram by the President of the Republic of Srpska.
