President of the Republic of Srpska decorates Prof. Dr. Vladimir Mikhailovich Moiseyenko with the Order of Honour with Golden Rays
The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović organised a reception today in the Palace of the Republic for the delegation of doctors from St. Petersburg, led by the Director of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “Saint-Petersburg Clinical Scientific and Practical Centre for Specialised Types of Medical Care (Oncological)” and the honorary doctor of the Russian Federation Prof. Dr. Vladimir Mikhailovich Moiseyenko.
On this occasion, the President Cvijanović decorated Prof. Dr. Vladimir Mikhailovich Moiseyenko with the Order of Honour with Golden Rays for recognised long-term work and personal results in health, as well as great contribution to the development of health services, treatment of patients and support in research, education and cooperation between the health system of the Republic of Srpska with medical institutions of the Russian Federation, which contributes to the affirmation and strengthening of the reputation of the Republic of Srpska.
The President of the Republic thanked eminent experts from St. Petersburg for coming to the Republic of Srpska, and their dedication and desire to share their highest knowledge and experience, as well as the management of the University Clinical Centre of the Republic of Srpska for initiatives for additional education and training of local staff.
The President Cvijanović expressed her gratitude to Prof. Dr. Vladimir Mikhailovich Moiseyenko on improving cooperation in the health sector between the Republic of Srpska and the Russian Federation, the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “Saint-Petersburg Clinical Scientific and Practical Centre for Specialised Types of Medical Care (Oncological)” and the University Clinical Centre of the Republic of Srpska, which, as she stated, is in the spirit of universal cooperation nurtured by our two peoples.
The Minister of Health and Social Welfare of the Republic of Srpska Alen Šeranić and representatives of the University Clinical Centre of the Republic of Srpska attended the reception and presentation of the decorations.
