President of the Republic of Srpska attends the reception on the occasion of Christmas hosted by His Eminence the Serbian Patriarch Irinej

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović and BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik attended today in Belgrade the Christmas reception hosted by His Eminence the Serbian Patriarch Irinej.

The President of the Republic of Srpska thanked Patriarch Irinej for the reception on the occasion of Christmas and the Day of the Republic of Srpska, but also for the reason that His Eminence will come to Banja Luka this year and mark the Day of the Republic with his people.

The President Cvijanović stressed that the holiday time of Christmas is good to send messages on the unity of the Serb people, the complexity and relations that need to be constantly improved and built.

I wish we were relieved of some burdensome things at the time of the holidays, but unfortunately this is not the case, and we have to keep an account of this in everyday life – on political and economic issues”, said the President of Srpska.
