President of the Republic of Srpska attends the marking of the Patron Saint of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska – the Holy Archangel Michael

On the occasion of the Patron Saint of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska – Saint Archangel Michael, the President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović attended today in Banja Luka the laying of wreaths at the Central Memorial to the fallen members of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska.

The President of the Republic of Srpska thanked all members of the Ministry of the Interior for the years of dedicated work on the preservation and protection of the Republic of Srpska, its constitutional order, but also the protection of all citizens and their property.

Congratulating the Patron Saint of the Ministry of the Interior – the Holy Archangel Michael, the President Cvijanović pointed out that the stability of the Republic of Srpska largely depends on the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Srpska.

“Our general security depends on the readiness of our police. For that reason, we have been working for years on improving the material status, but also the training of members of the Ministry of the Interior”, said the President of Srpska.

The President of the Republic emphasized that the members of the Ministry of the Interior are those on whom peace and order depend, and everything on which the Republic of Srpska can build an economically better future and maintain political stability.

“I wish all members of the Ministry of the Interior a peaceful and stable Republic of Srpska, successful work in the future and awareness that the Republic of Srpska is the most important to us”, said the President of the Republic of Srpska.
