President of the Republic of Srpska attends the commemoration of the Day of Remembrance for all the victims and exiled Serbs during the military operation “Storm”

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović attended tonight in Novi Sad the commemoration of the Day of Remembrance for all the Serbs who died or were exiled in the armed action “Storm”.

A strong Republic of Srpska and a strong Serbia are a guarantee that crimes such as the “Storm” will never happen again, said the President of the Republic of Srpska and stated that it is a bitter fact that for ethnic cleansing, expulsion from their centuries-old hearths and other terrible crimes against the innocent Serb population no one has yet been punished.

“That is why it is the duty of all of us to come together and build a safer and better future for the generations to come, without forgetting the difficult past”, said the President Cvijanović.
