President of the Republic of Srpska attends the celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the Union of Employers’ Associations

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović attended today in Banja Luka the celebration the 15th Anniversary of the Union of Employers’ Associations.

The President of the Republic of Srpska has said that she is positive that the good communication of the employers will be continued with the new Government, with the desire to make Srpska better and stronger by the day.

The President Cvijanović, who was awarded by the Union of Employers’ Associations of Srpska for a special contribution to the development of social dialogue, said she was pleased with the partnership she had had with employers and trade unions during her position of the Prime Minister, and because many tasks were realised together with the employers.

“Good results were achieved through the joint social dialogue. There are no good results if there is no joint agreement even when you disagree. Even under such circumstances, we should not interrupt the talks”, said the President of the Republic.

The President of the Republic of Srpska added that she is proud of the partnership with employers, particularly when Srpska was emerging from the crisis and seeking answers to the great challenges and obstacles it was facing.

“The goal is to work together and to contribute to the construction of Srpska. I am pleased that there are plenty of businessmen who regularly settle their obligations to the workers and the state”, said the President Cvijanović.
