President of the Republic of Srpska attends the celebration of 30 years since the establishment of the Sixth Detachment of the Special Police Brigade

The President of the Republic of Srpska Željka Cvijanović attended today in Zalužani the celebration of 30 years since the establishment of the Sixth Detachment of the Special Police Brigade.

The President of the Republic said that the members of the Sixth Detachment of the Special Police Brigade of the MUP of the Republic of Srpska who gave their lives for Srpska must never be forgotten.

“The members of this unit gave their lives for the greatest thing – the freedom that we enjoy and that the next generations will enjoy”, said the President Cvijanović.

The President of Srpska reminded that this is the year of the great jubilee, when the formation of the Republic of Srpska and its institutions, including the Army and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is marked.

“It is a reminder to all of us to understand and respect all those values ​​that are woven into the Republic of Srpska, but also to respect the sacrifice that was made for the freedom in which we live today”, said the President of the Republic.

The President Cvijanović said that all people who are aware of all the events and who at least want to understand the processes that are on the scene today – know that the Republic of Srpska is still defending itself today.

“The Republic of Srpska defends itself with the strength of its institutions, the love and strength of its citizens and everything we are trying to do together – to defend Srpska and its jurisdiction, to show that we do not want to be a trouble to anyone, but also to show that we do not want anyone to bother us, our plans, development strategies and everything we do for Srpska”, it was pointed out by the President of Srpska.
