The President of the Republic of Srpska said that the presence of a large number of people at the celebration of January 9 in Brčko shows a strong link between the Republic of Srpska and its citizens in the district.
The President Cvijanović said that Srpska had showed concern for the citizens of the district for years and that everyone had the benefit out of it, regardless of which people they belonged to.
The President Željka Cvijanović, as an example, stated that Srpska provided electricity for the Brčko District significantly cheaper than the Federation of BiH.
“This means that we have always been at the service and this has made us the greatest donor, since the Republic of Srpska has donated more than 30,000,000 BAM to the citizens of the district”, said the President of Srpska.
The President of the Republic added that there are numerous projects implemented by the Republic of Srpska on the territory of the district, but the most important thing is that people in Brčko understand how important it is to have a stable and strong Republic.
“Every year we can see progress. This year, compared to the previous one when we marked January 9 in Brčko, but also in all other parts of the Republic of Srpska, we can see this progress. I am proud of Srpska which wants to be stronger, has strong institutions and relies on the love of its citizens”, the President of the Republic of Srpska said.
