President Dodik participates in the 11th International meeting of high representatives in charge of security issues in Moscow

The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik said in his address at the 11^th International meeting of high representatives in charge of security issues in Moscow that BiḪ became an experiment and a colony after the war, without respect for history and the international law.

„After the war, BiḪ became an experiment of the West, which has been neo-colonially imposing laws and governing BiḪ for 30 years, both before and today through an illegitimate foreigner”, said the President Dodik.

The President of the Republic of Srpska recalled that the Serb people were the first victims of the hegemonic process of Western factors and NATO.

“The first NATO aggression was carried out against the Republic of Srpska, then against Serbia, and then against other countries”, said the President Dodik.

The President of Srpska said that the expansion of NATO to the East, and the colour revolutions of the USA and its allies are the biggest security challenges after the Cold War.

“The best example of such a revolution is the colour revolution in Ukraine”, said the President Dodik.

The President of the Republic pointed out that today the entire international politics is in accelerated dynamics and that a multipolar order is being established with new power structures.

“The new challenge is the awakening of the ideology of Nazism and fascism as a weapon against Russia. European energy security is at risk because Europe is still dependent on the Russian energy”, said the President of Srpska.

The President of the Republic pointed out in his address that today the geopolitical position of the Republic of Srpska is very difficult, because great pressure is being exerted in order for BiḪ to join NATO.

“We advocate a policy of neutrality and remain principled on that issue”, said the President Dodik.

At the international meeting on security in Moscow, where representatives from more than 100 countries of the world are participating, the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin addressed via video link.
