Memorandum of Understanding with ERG International Group signed

The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik and the President of the
ERG International Group Management Board Mustafa Sani Erbilgin signed a
Memorandum of Understanding in Banja Luka.
The Memorandum was signed for the purpose of developing and improving the
railway network through the Republic of Srpska, and after the initial meetings that
the President of Srpska and representatives of the ERG International Group had in
the last two months.
The aim of the Memorandum is to contribute to the further development of
cooperation between the Republic of Srpska and ERG International Group, through
the reconstruction, electrification, signaling and modernisation of the railway line
Doboj – Tuzla – Zvornik.
The President Dodik pointed out that the Republic of Srpska recognised the
interest in the cooperation of this company with international experience, as well as
the determination and willingness to engage adequate resources and best practice
in order to support the economic development of the Republic of Srpska.
The President of the Republic and the President of the ERG International Group
Management Board expressed their belief that the cooperation will be realised and
that the results, on projects of national importance in the field of railway
infrastructure, will soon be visible.
