Meeting with the leadership of the City of Zvornik

The President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik met in Zvornik with Deputy Mayor Bojan Ivanović and Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska Zoran Stevanović.

On that occasion, the President Dodik said that the City Administration in Zvornik is one of the most successful, as can be seen from the development of the city and what has been implemented there.

He pointed out that very important projects were implemented here, and future capital investments were also discussed at the meeting.

Among other things, Deputy Mayor Ivanović informed the President of the Republic about the flooding of the Terminal settlement in Karakaj when the water level of the Drina River increased, as well as about the need to build a coastal fortification in this coastal area so that floods would not threaten this settlement.

They also discussed the “West” water supply project, which will cover the settlements in the western part of the city, as well as the construction of the water supply system in the “Pilica-Lokanj” settlements.
